Planning permission has been granted by Ashford Borough Council under application number 12/01454/AS for the demolition of existing building and erection of part 2/part 3/part 4 storey buildings comprising 5 x 1 bed, and 20 x 2 bed apartments and 2 x 3 bed houses (total 27 units) with 28 parking and garage spaces, refuse and cycle storage and associated landscaping”. This used to be the site of Ashdown Court, which was a block of flats.
