Boggy col between Llanfihangel Hill and Gwaunceste Hill, or between the Gilwern Brook and Cwm Ceste. An accurate height reading would be useful here, as Llanfihangel Hill may or may not have the 150m of all round drop to be a Marilyn. http://bubl.ac.uk/org/tacit/marilyns/
