The Belfast branch of an optician and camera shop http://www.blackandlizars.com/ based in Scotland. It has been in the same premises, on the Wellington Place side of the Scottish Provident, since the early 20th century. The 1908 street directory shows it as “Lizars, J., optician, dealer in photographic apparatus. Telephone No. 1028; Telegraphic address, "Lizars"”.
