These appear to be black-headed gulls in their winter plumage. Inspection of several attempted photographs shows the legs and beaks to be mostly orange, although the individual on the right has a yellower hue to both. This suggests that most are several years old (probably five or more) but that the one is around 2 years old. They all have black tips to the beak. The Black Head retreats into either a short arch over the top of the head, or just spots behind the eyes, in the winter plumage.
