A former needle works. This three storey block is now offices, including the probation service. There are single storey sheds and a truncated chimney to the rear that are still in mixed industrial use and also a probable owner's house. Redditch has not lost all links with its industrial past and there are still some engineering companies in business, including the huge Mettis Aerospace works nearby.
