This is typical of the buildings used by the Redditch metal working industries and is undoubtedly having a new lease of life in what sounds like automotive engineering. According to fellow contributor P L Chadwick - It was first used by Yeomans & Sons, who manufactured springs here. It dates from the mid-19th century.
