See http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-158337-gate-lodges-and-gates-to-camfield-place- for entry in British Listed Buildings. The lodges date from the mid C19 and predate the existing house. Camfield House was once home to Beatrix Potter and Barbara Cartland (not at the same time).
