In October 2014, the name signs of the Old Auctioneer pub in Parsons Street show a monocled teddy bear holding an auctioneer's mallet. The bear is seated on a depiction of the block struck by the mallet to complete a sale. The teddy bear signs have replaced this one http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3587001 viewed in July 2013.
