Winchester Cathedral: The Christmas Market

Winchester Cathedral's Christmas Market is inspired by traditional German Christmas markets and features festive gifts, arts and crafts, decorations and food. It attracts more than 350,000 visitors each year, having been first held in 2006. The wooden chalets are situated in the Cathedral’s historic Close surrounding an open-air real ice rink.
