A number of the former managers' houses lining the driveway with the nearest of the malting pavilions in the distance. The site was purchased by Bass, Ratcliff & Greeton Ltd in 1901 and the building work was completed 6 years later. These homes for senior employees and their families were some of the last buildings to have been completed. All the buildings on the site are Grade II-listed.
