Agatha Christie statue in Torquay

Created by sculptor Carol van den Boom-Cairns, the statue is at the edge of Palk Street. It was unveiled by Agatha Christie's daughter Rosalind Hicks in September 1990 to commemorate the centenary of Agatha Christie's birth (as Agatha Miller) in Torquay on September 15th 1890.
