An Optare Solo Slimline of Nottingham City Transport pulls away from the last stop in Lambley proper, at the south end of Cromwell Crescent, on its way to Nottingham. The 47 has a somewhat convoluted route: it originates in Lowdham, only a few miles east of Lambley, but gets here via Epperstone, Oxton, Calverton, and Woodborough.
