Part of the grounds around St Andrews museum with a Memorial dedicated to General Sikorski http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W%C5%82adys%C5%82aw_Sikorski who died in mysterious circumstances in an air crash just after takeoff from Gibraltar. The floodlights are for the tennis courts just the other side of the hedges.
