Memorial in the grounds of St Andrews museum to General Sikorski who died in mysterious circumstances in an air crash just after takeoff from Gibraltar. inscription reads... In memory of General Sikorski soldier and statesman Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Armed Forces during the second world war.
