The development of this site is described in the Ashford Borough Council’s planning application 14/00165/AS as the “application for non-material amendment to approval 12/01291/AS (demolition of existing abattoir and erection of 12 dwellings and associated infrastructure) to re-site the dwelling and garage on plot 12”.
