This BFC hut (building no. 310e, Airwomen's quarters) is one of three surviving on the former WAAF Site 2. It dates from WW2 when RAF Metfield was an active airfield and currently houses the office and reception of Spindler & Sons, a recycled truck spares dealership on Metfield Common.
