The cul-de-sacs Ashley Crescent and Holioake Drive to the west drop down on the north side of Myton Road to the very edge of the River Avon floodplain. They are mostly of detached houses, with some blocks of flats in Holioake Drive; the roof of one shows on the left in this photo.
