Great Underbank

Image: © Gerald England Taken: 11 Oct 2014

In the background is Underbank Hall Image, now the NatWest bank. In the foreground is two benches either side of a lamppost and a litter bin. Behind them in front of a wall and next to two Sheffield stands is a Sustrans milepost Image of the "Cockerel" design. I think it is fairly recent as a) I haven't noticed it before, although it is slightly hidden amongst the other street furniture and b) it is mostly unpainted although the cockerel head has been coloured red.
