Built ca. 1905 when granite ruled supreme in Aberdeen and B-listed: http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/sc-20831-queen-s-road-woodend-hospital-east-and-we . The left-hand lodge is now a children's nursery and the right-hand a Buddhist temple.
