The A272 west of the A23. The road was opened as a turnpike in 1825 and was largely a new build between the modern A23 and the A24 with the exception of a small section between the southern end of The Street and Homewood House which used an existing lane. In the foreground to the right is the access road to Image whilst beyond just before the bend is the southern end of The Street.
