This First World War memorial on the north-west (liturgical east) wall of the church is unusual in that the names of the dead of the parish are not listed by surname, but grouped by street and ordered by date of death, giving a feel for how the residents of each street may have heard the news of the death of one man after another. For the whole church building, see Image - the building straddles the grid line.
