Unlike the Anglican church across the road Image, of similar size and age, this building is listed grade 2 (list entry number 1065546). Built 1902, architects G & R P Baines, the arts-and-crafts style is typical of many churches of its time. The church is also the base of a CAP Debt Advice Centre, a commentary on our times.
