This road climbs steeply from its junction 0.5km from Knollbury. It has a number of tight bends, of which this is the biggest. This is also the junction with a footpath, the start of which is just off the photo to the left. In the distance you can see the River Severn and, beyond it, the coast of North Somerset, near Avonmouth and Portishead.
