The Greensand Way in Stubbs Wood

The Greensand Way here at Stubbs Wood follows the edge of the Greensand Ridge with steep drops below. Unfortunately foliage blots out much of the view apart from in occasional places. The best views are a little further west, from the car park below Ide Hill next to the Ide Hill Community Shop, or further east beyond Brockhill Wood. At the splitting of footpaths here, the Greensand Way keeps to the right on its way to Ide Hill while the path to the left drops down the escarpment to Boarhill.
