Trent and Mersey Canal. Boat owners who wish to run a business on the canals are required to be specifically licensed as a canal trader. This is the Oat Cake Boat, moored in a rather unprofitable spot with little public footfall north of the (originally China Garden) Toby Carvery restaurant in Etruria.
