In late September 2014, a North Devon Homes notice in the window of one of the empty premises states that this site is soon to be redeveloped. There will be two new commercial units suitable for retail or office use. The vacated former premises of David Mirow estate agent and Torbridge Veterinary Group are in Lee Road. The street on the right is Broadmead Gardens.
