A recently-renovated end of terrace building, at the corner of Apsley Street (left), now offered to let and described by the agents as “The building comprises a ground floor retail unit together with own door office accommodation on the first and second floors. The ground floor retail unit formerly traded as a convenience store and is available for immediate occupation. The office is finished to include newly carpeted floors, plastered and painted walls, strip flourescent [sic] lighting and recently installed gas central heating.” This photograph appears as a matter of geographical and historical record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the letting.
