This multi-storey car park is due to be demolished by the Silver Hill redevelopment scheme. Part of it is closed off, and it is rather dilapidated. The Winchester City Council notice reads: WE'RE SORRY! We apologise to our customers for the current state of this car park. The site is due for redevelopment in the near future so it is not as we would like. Alternative parking to our usual standard can be found elsewhere...
