The organ is housed in a bay of the north aisle. It was installed in the new St Luke's Church in 1877 by the firm of Hill & Son but is much older than that, having been purchased from St Mary's, Whitechapel in London where it had been installed in 1715 by either Christopher Shrider or Renatus Harris. The pretty Gothick case is in the style of the 1850s, possibly by Hill, but the instrument still retains much of the early 18th-century pipework.
