Bulldozers moved in at the former home of The Sentinel newspaper in July 2014 to make way for a £30 million new HQ for bet365, a gambling company which hopes to move its 2300 staff into a new headquarters in Etruria by the beginning of 2016. Before the Sentinel came here, this was the site of the Wedgwood Etruria factory, opened in 1768, and closed in 1950, then demolished ten years later.
