The Ballykeel Portal Tomb Enclosure

Ballykeel Dolmen is an example of a portal tomb. Locally known as the "Hag's Chair" it dates back to the Neolithic period. An elegant construction, it overlooks the Forkhill River valley. The grave is accessed from the road over a stone stile.
