Also called Dere Street House, now part of the Crabtree Business Park, it is a Grade II Listed farmhouse in the parish of Ainderby Myres with Holtby. Designed by John Carr, and built c.1768 for the Earl of Holderness who owned all the land here abouts as part of an estate based at Hornby Castle.
