A security fence has been erected beside the pavement to prevent unauthorised entry. Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number 14/01090 for the “erection of two pairs of semi-detached dwellings (four dwellings) and erection of two car ports and associated car parking (existing doctors surgery to be demolished)”.
