A former outhouse of Image that has been converted onto a cottage. It lies next to the old course of Broxmead Lane which originally joined London Road in a 'V' shape with a north and south branch. The latter disappeared in the early 1990s when the A23 was realigned whilst the former remains but is truncated leading to a dead end before Image
