Locally listed public house built in 1901 on the site of The Eagle Tavern. More at this http://hackneybuildings.org/items/show/19668. The site is of course associated with the nursery rhyme "Pop Goes the Weasel", and the lines: Up and down the City road, In and out the Eagle.
