The Hall of the United Ancient Order of Druids, 1876, No.82 Main Street. The inscription above the entrance door reads: 'United Ancient Order of Druids / T.W. Flint / Lodge No.472'. The Lodge was established here in 1862. The Ancient Order of Druids was founded in London, 1781, and still operates today: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_Order_of_Druids The building is now used by Preston Recreation Club.
