The R.P.L. Transport Ltd lorry from Milton Keynes is turning right off the A57 to cross over the M67 to go on to the Eastbound slipway. It had earlier left the Westbound slipway from the M67 onto the A57 so presumably it had missed coming off at Junction 3 and was returning.
