Town centre redevelopment in West Bromwich. Building work in progress on a site bounded by Bull, High and Overend Streets for the Urban 180 scheme - it includes housing, office and retail space. A joint project by Accord Housing, the HCA (Homes and Communities Agency and Sandwell MBC (Metropolitan Borough Council) phase 2 is due to be completed this year (2014). Time photo taken 3.26 pm BST (British Summer Time).
