Victorian terrace at the top end of Penparcau Road. Old maps show a pub here named Piccadilly, but it apparently closed in 1894, although the name appears to have remained in use for these houses into the early 20th century. The name Southgate refers to the tollhouse that stood opposite these houses until 1959.
