Looking up Heol-y-Bont at the four apartment blocks which overlook the road as it climbs up to the Southgate Roundabout. Tremafon is the nearest, with (in order) Gwel Rheidol, Pen-y-Bont and Bryn Ysgol beyond. Built in 1962, and now managed by local housing association Tai Ceredigion, they have recently undergone a major refurbishment.
