The name of the field according to Woodmancote's 1839 tithe map that has now been separated into two parts. This is the northern portion, see Image for the southern section. To the east is Image whilst to the west the building in view is Deneholme with a set of kennels to the left. To the north is Image The area between Henfield and the A23 is currently being threatened by a private development of a new garden town the size of Burgess Hill.
