Path by field of grain, Hembercombe

Just outside Broadhembury village. This path follows the edge of a field to this tree, then crosses the field behind the photographer. It emerges at a stile near Hembercombe Image Older maps show that the tree once marked the corner of four fields, not the two found today. Three fields have been merged into one.
