The Redfern Industrial Estate based around Dawson Street and Bradbury Street which houses a number of small businesses was originally the Redfern Rubber Works. This view wasn't possible in 2012 as the Bush Inn Image on the corner of Haughton Street and Market Street blocked the view. The pub was demolished in 2014 Image having been bought by Citroen and Fiat dealers Stonecare for an extended car storage/sales area.
