Great Pond Farm stands back from the C road that is behind the camera and which runs between Botolph Claydon and Calvert. There is a photo from 1897 of a 'Lady and ducks at a farm near Calvert' in the Transport Archive http://www.transportarchive.org.uk/getobject.php?rnum=L2858&searchitem=calvert&mtv=L3&pnum=1 The lady is identified as a Mrs Burberry who is seen with a number of ducks beside the outbuildings of Great Pond Farm. The wood in the middle distance on the left is Shrubs Wood.
