This is a 19 storey student residence for Imperial College being fitted out, with fabric covering it to make it weatherproof during the work. For some years I have noticed loft extensions and roof repairs on houses being covered by tarpaulins, but recently much larger buildings are covered during construction or repair - another example is roof repair at Castle Drogo Image
