At the eastern edge of the exclusive Park estate. The house's mildly fractious appearance might be attributable to too many cooks. Peter Frederick Robinson and William Paterson are likely to have kicked things off in 1827-33 - the nearer recessed bay must be of this date. Nottingham's ubiquitous Thomas Chambers Hine joined the fun in c1860, adding the porch, oriel and brick bands (Image]), before the city's other architectural heavyweight, Watson Fothergill, wrapped things up by adding one of his timbered attics in the 1880s. Grade II listed. The gable of Hine's former East Lodge of c1860 is visible behind the van (more visible here Image]).
