Former warehouse of 1874-75 by W.A. Heazell. Red brick and copious stone, oriel and a decorative parapet. Grade II listed. Built for milliner William Cotton, now a Spanish restaurant, La Tasca. The present cross dates from only 1993 (courtesy of the Nottingham Civic Society).
