Listed Grade II, listing no.1256714. English Heritage says: "Early/mid 19th century house, now offices". Of the arch around the entrance they note that "a wide semi-elliptical arched recess with vermiculated Coadestone voussoirs and headmask to the centre has C20 carved set-back double doors to the centre". The doors bear the numbers 77, right, and 75, left.
