Boots, Terrace Road

Entrance to Aberystwyth's branch of Boots in Terrace Road, situated in the ground floor of the former Coliseum Theatre. It was built in 1904 to a design of J Arthur Jones to replace a former theatre which had burnt down the previous year. In 1932 it was converted to a cinema, a use it held until 1977. It reopened as the museum in 1983. Grade II listed - see http://cadwpublic-api.azurewebsites.net/reports/listedbuilding/FullReport?lang=en&id=10400.
