This bridge also has a Liver Bird plaque but it is damaged and what remains just reads "Boundary" and "1861" This http://www.towpathtreks.co.uk/photodisplay.asp?ino=0043 suggests that it is Boundary Bridge referring to the boundary between Liverpool and Kirkdale
